Are you aware you posted this question twice, once in cats and once in dogs?
My answer is still the same:
If you love your pug take her and her puppies to the vet now! It is apparent you are not knowledgeable about breeding. While you are there, ask all the questions you can think of, then come home and start researching how to care for new born puppies. If you do not take this advice you can and most likely will, lose the dam and the entire litter! There are some good websites that talk about rearing newborn puppies. Because if you lose the dam that is what you will be doing. It is exhausting work, expensive, and not for the novice or first time breeder.
There are some things you can't just wait and see if it will clear up on it's own. This is one situation you do not hesitate to act upon!
Good Luck and congratulations!

You need to take mom and pups to the vet for a wellness check up.
She may have not expelled all of the afterbirths and is contracting to help it come out.

I concur with Pamela D.
Take her to the vet to get it sorted.
By the way - you posted in 'cats' lol
