I didnt know Raid would be toxic to a cat, my cat hasn't licked anything with raid on it, but I have had to spray it on some red ants and I'm really worried now knowing it's poisonous to cats that it has caused any problems.. I noticed today she breathed a little strange, but very briefly (I could be paranoid as well).. But if a cat doesnt ingest it could it be just as poisonous? I won't be using raid anymore at all!, Will it leave her system if she inhaled it? I know the simplest solution is to take her to a vet, but right now I can't afford too, which scares me to death!
Anyone know any information on this? Or if I should be worried? Ive used it a few times, but Im worried if it's hurt her in any way.

She should be fine. As the poster above said, make sure she is locked away for a few hours if you use it indoors, and stays inside if you use it outdoors. We have a professional pest control service come once a month that uses much more powerful pesticides than Raid, and the rule he's given us is wait one hour before letting them outside and four hours away if he sprays inside. So as long as she hasn't ingested it she'll be alright. :)

RAID insecticides (most of them) dissipate almost completely over a 24 hour period. We knocked down a hornet nest with their product and the next day my cat feasted on the remains.

Out of concern I paid a lot of money to have her driven 120 miles to the nearest emergency vet clinic. She wasn't in the clinic 10 minutes before they sent her home to me.

If you have any concerns call the 1-800 number on the packaging. Their customer service department is very prompt in replying to consumer concerns. Unfortunately, my cat was already at the vet when they called me back.

I'm sure she'll be okay. And it's okay to use Raid with animals in the house as long as you shut them in a room for one to two hours. And congrats on the baby!

She'll be fine just put her outside to clean her system for a bit and in future by an animal friendly insect repellent.
