Is Derma-Vet Ointment used to get rid of earmites?

Question

I brought my cat to the vet the other day because im pretty sure she has earmites. The vet put the debri from her ear under the microscope and said he couldnt see any so he prescribed Derma-Vet. I have 3 other cats too and sure they have ear mites because they are always itching them. So now im giving them all Derma-Vet, is this for the treatment of ear mites?
