My mail box has become so tiny I cannot read it. Something happened with the assistance of my cat! How can I f?

I was deleting mail selecting multiple messages and pressed the control button and my cat stepped on the keyboard then the media on the screen got really small.

Likely your kitty stepped on the control button while you were scrolling down (this tells the computer to decrease the size). Try the opposite to see if you can get it larger. My cats are always doing something like this - except I have a touch screen and their tails opens all sorts of programs.

press control, and the 0 on the number pad. this should restore your screen to the proper size. you can also manually change the size by holding down control and the + and - buttons.
