No, it looks like you can't.

"STATES WHICH BAN PRIVATE POSSESSION OF NONHUMAN PRIMATES: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, and Wyoming."

The only place in the US that you are allowed to own any types of primates are Zoos and wild life refuges. The US government banned the sell of primates of any kind a few years ago when the woman in Connecticut was attacked and mauled by a chimp. They can be obtained on the black market but the cost is upwards of 50 thousand dollars. But vets across the country have been notified to report any new primates brought in for medical care. These are wild animals, Please leave them wild.

Since the majority of citizens behave like monkeys, quid pro quo.
