Its a puppy formula and i fed it once to a new born puppy and it did wonders

-----1).
10 oz. of canned evaporated milk OR whle goat's milk (not pasteurized cow's milk - this will cause scowers - dogs cannot drink normal cow's milk. Dogs cannot drink 1%, 2%, Skim, or Whole milk.) Whole goat's milk is by far the best to use. Walmart sells both evaporated milk, whole goat's milk and evaporated goats milk. Make sure you are using EITHER evaporated milk OR whole goat's milk. Do NOT use sweetened condensed milk! ----------

***( i used whole goat milk)

-------2)
3 oz. sterilized water (baby water OR boiled water that is then cooled). This is NOT needed if using whole goat's milk.

-----------3)
1 raw egg yolk.

------------4)
1 cup of plain yogurt (avoid skim or fat free if at all possible).

-----------5).
1/2 Tsp Karo Syrup or Corn Syrup (NOT HONEY!)
****I used substitute for Karo syrup which is water and white sugar

Place ingredients in a blender and blend or use a wire whisk. Be careful to not over blend and create a milk shake full of bubbles and then tube bubbles into the puppy.

Keep cool and discard leftovers after 7 days.

If this formula cant be used on kittens then please tell me one that i can use and that will fatten up the kitten coz shes skinny
Or what should i replace or add to the formula for it to be good for kittens

Thanks in advance !!!!

you can find KMR at any pet store or you can make it at home her is how:

8 ounces water (boiled then cooled)

1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatin

8 ounces whole evaporated milk (not skim)

2 tablespoons mayonnaise (not low fat)

2 tablespoons plain yogurt (not low fat)

1 large or 2 small eggs yolks (raw)

1 teaspoon clear Karo syrup

* 1-3 drops liquid pet vitamins

* 1 capsule acidophilus

* 1 drop Grapefruit Seed Extract (GSE)

* Optional, though very beneficial.

Boil the water, add the gelatin and mix well. Add the following ingredients in order, mixing well after each addition:

1/2 of the canned milk

Mayonnaise and Yogurt

Rest of the milk

All other ingredients

You can substitute canned goat's milk for the canned evaporated milk, if you prefer it. This mixture will keep in the fridge for up to four days. It is jello-like in consistency in the fridge so you can just scoop out as much as you need and warm. It can also be frozen in ice cube trays and defrosted as needed. You can find pet vitamins at a pet store or your vet, and acidophilus and GSE in the liquid form at a good health food store.

hope that helps =)

Back when we had 21 cats at one time (yes, we were stupid back then & never got our cats fixed), we would feed them tuna fish when all the catfood was gone, which was often!! It's best to feed them the tuna in water rather than the tuna in oil, because the oil isn't good for their tummies/digestive system. PS: Yes, I ALWAYS spay/neuter my pets, now! /\./\
