She isn't spayed. She has had three litters already. Is there a particular season in which they go into heat? Is there a limited number of times she can do it? Sorry if this is a stupid or ridiculous question.

She will go into heat again. Now, event though the kittens were never unwanted, she is at a higher risk of having problems during the birth of the kittens. Because cats mate indiscriminately and can have several litters, infection can easily be introduced. As they get older and after having multiple litters, the body tends to wear down, causing kittens to be born prematurely, the mother not healing correctly, etc. It is time to get her spayed so she can live a long healthy life.
Now the male is not neutered. YOu are so lucky that he has not sprayed your house. Since he has not yet developed this habit, get him neutered. Once they start, it is almost impossible to break. Phew! You don't even want that to happen.

She will keep having kittens as long as you have a male cat in the house. She's not going into heat because he's breeding her as soon as she's able to and that stops a cat's heat. Yes, you should expect her to have kittens again and keep having them unless you take her and get her fixed. And while you're at it, get that Tom cat fixed too. If you can't afford it call your local humane society, a lot of times they help with the costs. If you don't get them fixed you can expect health problems with both of them later on, and besides, you're just breeding kittens that probably are ending up at the pound.

get her spayed asap. i had an unexpected pregnancy with my female, she was a year old and was indoors so I wasn't too worried about getting her spayed but that one day she got outside she was gone for a couple of days and I pretty much knew she was pregnant but after the kittens were ten weeks old I took her to get spayed and they told me they did the spay and an abortion because she was already pregnant again. "I do not believe in the this but it was dangerous for him not to take the "kittens" which she only could have been two weeks because they go into heat again when the kittens are eight weeks old.

PLEASE spay and neuter our cats. By allowing your cat to keep breeding you are putting her at risk for complications. Unless these are top show cats and pedigree, they should not be having litter after litter.
She could have an infection, cancer or something else that is messing up her cycle.
WHY are you allowing her to have a lot of litters? BTW cats don't have to be "in heat" to be bred and if the male is breeding her a lot she could have dead kittens of different "ages" being conceived.

Estrus ("warmth") is the mating era of lady animals. whilst estrus happens, animals are stated to be "in warmth" or "in season." Cats often have their first estrous cycle between 5 and 10 months of age, with the conventional age around 6 months. the female cat has 2-4 estrous sessions each and every 3 hundred and sixty 5 days, each and every lasting 15-22 days. If she is bred, estrus seldom lasts greater advantageous than 4 days. If efficient mating does not happen, estrus could final for 7-10 days and recur at 15- to 21-day durations. it extremely is a threat for an unmated lady to cycle each and every 3-4 weeks indefinitely. Cats even have an estrous era a million-6 weeks after giving start, so a girl may well be nursing one muddle collectively as pregnant with yet another. understanding whilst your cat is in warmth is in her habit: because there is often no glaring vaginal discharge or swelling of the genitals in the time of estrus in cats, as is considered in dogs, behavioral transformations are the sole glaring signs and indications that your cat is in estrus. A cat in estrus includes her tail to one edge, retains her hindquarters larger, shows "treading" strikes of the hind legs, and seems surprisingly affectionate. She spends a solid deal of time rolling on the floor and seems lots greater under pressure than customary. The cat's voice seems greater piercing than customary and she or he could "call" for a million-2 days in the previous she accepts the male.

More likely in spring and summer, less likely in a cold winter.
Please get her spayed - there are too many unwanted kitties out there.
